About Eirini Tzampazidou
Ms Eirini Tzampazidou is a metocean and hydrodynamics advisor at Deltares since 2022. She has been involved in multi-scale wave and hydrodynamic modeling for metocean studies in the offshore wind sector as well as in recirculation studies, particularly for seawater intakes and outfalls in desalination projects.
Her experience spans a wide range of environments, including the North Sea, the Arabian Gulf, the Baltic Sea, Hong Kong, and Taiwan and multiple tools of advanced numerical modeling such as SWAN, unSWAN, Delft3D-FLOW, D-Flow FM and PHAROS, applying them to both coastal and offshore challenges.
She holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Democitus University of Thrace, Greece and a Master’s in Climate Physics from Utrecht University, The Netherlands.
