Erosion on the Korean east coast : from understanding to practice

A state-of-the-art numerical modelling framework has been developed to better understand and mitigate coastal erosion on the Korean east coast. The modelling framework is accompanied by guidelines and capacity-building activities to help coastal engineers to apply the framework in practice. The research activities in this project generated insights and tools that will benefit the wider coastal engineering community.
