WANDA validation summary : Wanda 3.x - Wanda 4.x

The numerical models in WANDA and its predecessors have been validated since the 1970s. The primary objective of many measurement projects was to solve a particular problem, rather than to validate a software code. Several developments have been demanding for a more formal validation report, expressing the quality or at least the capability of a certain software program for simulation of fluid dynamics in pipeline systems, due to transient operations or operational control scenarios. Deltares has decided to collect a representative subset of the measurement reports from the past.
